Justin was Fantastic!!! We were buying from out of state and were very particular about what we wanted in a used home. Just was a great communicator, attentive and available. Additionally, on the day of closing, my wife had a medical emergency which prevented us from accomplishing many of our prescheduled tasks post closing. Justin went out of our way to view the home after the seller moved and worked with my sister in the area to hand off keys, remotes etc.

I found Justin Hough via a great stroke of luck as I had been needing to sell my house, but had a not so great experience already with another Realty. My daughter actually found him as he was trying to help a friend on FaceBook find a new home for the friend's pet! She had emailed back and forth with him in regard to finding the sweet pet a home and in those emails, she discovered that he was a Realtor and due to his caring nature that was felt through those emails, she reached out to him and told him my story of the house and needing to sell it.

He was very professional when he called me, but just as important to me, he was very very personable and so patient with the many questions I had as a first time home seller and he was totally non-judgemental on anything to do with the house even though the house needed work. He was truly helpful and willing to go that extra mile with anything I needed and he made the experience a truly great one after I had the previously unhappy experience with the other Realty not even returning my calls etc!

He's super professional and so knowledgeable, but also is a very caring human being!! He's the total package and I truly had a great experience and am so glad that I got lucky and found him!!

My family has moved and relocated 4 times in the past 10 years. The support and expertise Mr. Hough provided for us with this last move is the best by far. The best thing about him was his passion and commitment to us and steller communication. Communication by far is the biggest road block in most of these transactions. Justin is relentless with it, always 2 steps ahead. Leaders always are thinking about the next step before you are and he does just that. His forward thinking, attention to detail, and protection of us as his customers mitigated so many potential issues with our builder. Although we where 30 days late because of the builder getting into our home, Justin improved our timing by 30%. If not for his own specific techniques and strategies our timing would have suffered as we headed into the winter months. If you want a passionate humble professional, who detailed oriented and puts your expectations and wants first. Choose this guy over anyone else!!!

I would highly recommend Justin as an agent. He listened to our asks and helped navigate us through the crazy market that was 2022. He helped us pivot from buying an existing home, to finding a builder that had started construction but not listed a yet unframed lot. He was there every step of the way for us to coordinate with the builder, went buy the lot when we couldnt to send us pictures and keep us updated, did a pre-final walkthrough to blue tape any items, as well as came to our final walkthrough to make sure everything was seamless. He brought a lot of insight and a wealth of knowledge that helped make our first time home purchase a great transaction.

Justin was great to work with! He was very attentive, professional, and punctual. As this was our first home buying experience, we could count on him to lead us through all of the things that needed to take place to close on our home. He kept us up to date daily if not hourly on any changes to offers and contracts and all the decisions we needed to make. My fiance and I met Justin at an open house in the Kansas City area. At that point, we were just researching homes and weren’t ready to purchase. Justin was very understanding of our situation, and answered all of our questions (we’re first time home buyers) without being our real estate agent. When it came time to pick an agent, Justin was without a doubt the person we wanted to work with. His personable approach, professionalism, and knowledge of the area was a level above the other agents we had met. While he was our agent, Justin’s communication made the process smoother. The covid-19 market is a crazy one but Justin was quick to thoroughly answer our questions and schedule showings. Even after the offer was accepted, Justin continued to check in and educate us on what we could expect in the closing process. It took me a while to write this review but i also wanted to do it justice. First of all this gentleman will not only go the extra mile to help but he will go the extra ten thousand miles to do that. He will listen carefully to all the small and big details and ideas about the house you want and help answer any concerns you may have coming up with his unique solutions and incorporating his ideas and experience along the way and giving you a price estimate on everything so you always have a clear image. He will always find time for you within his schedule so you will never miss out on any opportunity to see any house, he even came himself on his personal time on our moving date just to help around and make sure that we were doing ok just because he is an amazing human being and a real professional at the same time. We are more than blessed to have had the opportunity to work and get to know him and we would not have asked for anyone better ! And let's not forget to mention that he is a total "sweetheart" so working with him will be an amazing experience.
